Process Specification and?Mold Qualification
Before your part goes into production at Wise Plastics, we put the tooling and/or fixtures/automation through a rigorous qualification procedure. Each molding process is built upon?the Decoupled??II (D2) or Decoupled??III (D3) processing technique. The data collected is then analyzed, verified, and documented using what we call a PSMQ (Process Specification and Mold Qualification). Medical products are put through our in-house Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Production Qualification (PQ) protocol; or your protocol as required. This ensures that the injection molding and/or assembly?processes used to manufacture your parts will yield the highest level of product quality?and consistency.
Each work center is equipped with an interactive electronic communication system that?Wise Plastics team members use to train, communicate pertinent job-specific information,?document inspections, and provide feedback on the job that is running. This system informs the team members of the quality requirements, detailed production information,?real-time process information, and is linked to our document control system ensuring?everyone has the current revision level of each document needed to perform their job.
